　　I Squared Asia Advisors Pte Ltd．已告知董事会任何将提出的最终要约须待HGC Global Communications Limited及I Squared Asia Advisors Pte Ltd．的母公司内部批准后方告成立（ 视情况而定，有待要约人实体落实 ）。
