公开信息显示，沪上阿姨创立于2013年，创始人为单卫均和周蓉蓉，最初沪上阿姨销售五谷奶茶，2019年沪上阿姨开始销售鲜果茶。据灼识咨询资料，截至2023年12月31日，沪上阿姨为中国第四大现制茶饮店网络，在下沉市场拥有庞大布局，并以加盟模式为核心驱动其快速扩张。
近三年来，沪上阿姨展现出强劲的增长势头。随着业绩规模的不断扩大，沪上阿姨的门店规模也在稳步上升。根据资料，沪上阿姨近三年(截至每年底)的门店数量分别为5307间、7789间、9176间，增长率分别为46.8%、17.8%。而截至2024年12月31日，公司网络内的9176间门店中，有9152间由加盟商经营，占比99.7%，覆盖4个直辖市、5个自治区、22个省份的300多个城市。
