智通财经APP讯，汇丰控股(00005)发布公告，如2025年4月29日的公告所提述，将对每股面值0.5美元的汇丰普通股展开回购，金额最多为30亿美元。回购旨在减少汇丰的已发行普通股数量。
汇丰与Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc(Morgan Stanley)已订立多项非全权委托回购协议，让Morgan Stanley(作为主事人)可于2025年5月7日至不迟于2025年7月25日期间购买(视监管机构的批准是否仍然有效)总值最多为30亿美元的普通股，并同时向汇丰出售有关股份。
Morgan Stanley将独立于汇丰以外就回购相关事宜作出交易决定。购买普通股的行动将于伦敦证券交易所、Aquis交易所、Cboe Europe Limited(透过BXE及CXE交易委托账本)及/或Turquoise(统称“英国地点”)及/或香港联合交易所有限公司进行。
