5月6日，东方证券（600958.SH）发布《关于以集中竞价交易方式回购公司A股股份方案的公告》，拟使用自有资金通过集中竞价交易方式回购公司A股股份。

根据方案，本次回购资金总额下限为人民币2.5亿元（含），上限为人民币5亿元（含），回购价格不超过人民币13.5元/股（含），回购期限自董事会审议通过之日起不超过3个月。按照回购价格上限测算，预计回购股份数量约为1,852万股至3,704万股，占公司总股本比例约0.22%至0.44%。
