金吾财讯 | 建银国际研报指出,百胜中国(09987)2025年一季度总收入29.81亿美元,同比微增0.8%,略低于市场预期;净利润2.92亿美元,同比增长2%,主要受益于成本控制及利润率提升。餐厅利润率提升至18.6%(同比+0.9pct),经营利润率13.4%(同比+0.7pct),主要得益于商品价格利好及供应链效率优化。季度股息支付率从22%上调至31%,超出市场预期。该行指,期内肯德基收入22.46亿美元(+0.7%),净新增门店295家,下沉市场渗透加速。咖啡业务(KCOFFEE)收入同比增长20%,带动客单价下降4%但交易量增长4%;与此同时,必胜客(Pizza Hut)收入5.95亿美元(同比持平),通过扩大价格区间(ASP下降14%)实现同店交易量增长17%。灵活门店模式及机器人服务员等举措推动利润率提升至14.4%(同比+1.9pct)。该行指,公司维持系统销售额中个位数增长、肯德基利润率稳定、必胜客利润率小幅改善的预期。该行指,为加速营收增长,公司预计将采取以下措施:加速KCOFFEE门店扩张至1,500家(原计划1,000家);推出必胜客“自助餐”活动及降价策略以拉动销量;继续降低必胜客在中国的平均售价。该行表示,美国关税政策对百胜中国影响不大,因公司约90%的原材料为本地采购,且其强大的供应链议价能力有助于应对潜在的成本波动和供应风险。基于22倍市盈率估值不变,该行将美股目标价从56美元下调至54.3美元,H股目标价从436.80港元下调至423.50港元,维持公司港股和美股跑赢大市评级。
