消息面上，根据酒店之家数据，五一假期OTA酒店销量同比增长24.93%，OTA用户酒店消费支出同比增长24.8%。另据报道，华住集团方面表示，其数据显示，目前华住在苏州共有196家开业酒店，截至4月28日，“五一”期间苏州的整体酒店预订率比去年同期增加了3个百分点。其中，海友苏州观前街胥门酒店五一期间预订率超83%，常熟沙家浜芦荡水韵漫心府预订率超81%，常熟尚湖花间府·烟波里预订率达80%。
天风证券此前研报指出，公司25年第一季度预计收入同比增长0%至4%，其中华住中国收入同比增长3%至7%，预期管理加盟及特许经营收入同比增长18%至22%；2025全年预计收入同比增长2%至6%，其中华住中国收入同比增长5%至9%，预期管理加盟及特许经营收入同比增长17%至21%；预计2025年开设约2300家，关闭约600家，净开约1700家。
