Hainan Drinda New Energy Technology (HKG:2865, SHE:002865) priced its initial public offering in Hong Kong at HK$22.15 per share, according to a Monday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
The photovoltaic cell manufacturer is offering up to 63,432,300 shares.
Hainan Drinda New Energy Technology, already listed on the Shenzhen bourse, will disclose allocation results on Wednesday and begin trading in Hong Kong on Thursday.
