智通财经APP获悉，ServiceNow(NOW.US)公司宣布，其旗舰人工智能软件产品的年度签约业务规模将于明年突破10亿美元大关。在周一举行的公司年度大会上，首席财务官吉娜·马斯坦托诺(Gina Mastantuono)公布了这一针对生成式AI产品Now Assist的2026年新目标。她还透露，目前该产品的年度合同价值已超2.5亿美元，这一数字代表客户每年承诺支付的金额。
ServiceNow致力于开发软件应用程序，助力企业优化人事管理和信息技术运营流程，并实现业务自动化。与众多同行一样，在过去两年里，ServiceNow一直专注于将生成式AI功能深度融入其产品体系。公司为此推出了价格更高的订阅层级，用户通过输入指令，便可借助这些AI工具完成各类任务。
4月23日，该公司发布了高于分析师预期的季度销售增长预测，随后迎来大涨，自那以来，ServiceNow股价累计上涨20%。这表明，即便在美国关税升级引发经济不确定性的背景下，市场对其软件产品的需求依然强劲。
马斯坦托诺表示，部分客户在升级获取AI功能后，在ServiceNow产品上的支出增加了60%。她评价道：“这些自主AI功能极具吸引力，而这种双重升级带来的效益十分可观。”
分析师预测，ServiceNow今年的年度营收将突破130亿美元。
