智通财经APP获悉，汇森股份(02127)尾盘涨超10%，截至发稿，涨10.53%，报0.021港元，成交额333.74万港元。
消息面上，美国财政部长贝森特当地时间周一接受采访时表示，对中国祭出的145%关税无法长期维持。公开资料显示，汇森股份是一家总部位于江西赣州的家具产品制造商，其家居产品主要以批发形式销往海外市场，美国是其最大的海外市场。值得注意的是，公司美国收入占比已由2020年上市时的70.5%，下降至2024年的45.7%。
汇森股份24年业绩显示，公司收入同比10.1亿元，大幅减少72.3%；股东应占亏损高达17.07亿元，同比由盈转亏。汇森股份在其公告中表示，收入下降主要由于报告期内欧美国家经济持续低迷及关税影响，房地产市场不活跃，家具产品需求减少，且部分家具产品售价下滑。
