百济神州一季度实现盈利
百济神州港股、美股、A股三日前地同时发布的2025年第一季度财报透露的信息：公司总营收达到80.20亿元，同期相比增长了48.64%；利润总额比去年同期多了近20亿元，由亏转盈。公司在美国通用会计准则下，首次实现季度盈利。
百济神州的核心产品泽布替尼、替雷利珠单抗的销售额暴涨。今年一季度，泽布替尼全球销售额达56.92亿元。在美国市场表现尤为出色，泽布替尼的销售额超越强生和艾伯维开发的伊布替尼，成为美国第一；另一款重点产品PD-1替雷利珠单抗销售额达到了12.45亿元。
财报中，百济神州年初确定了“352亿-381亿”的2025年全年总收入指引。第一季度，百济神州重申该目标并预计2025年全年经营利润为正且经营活动产生现金流为正。
今年一季度，百济神州的研发投入上升，重点投在前景更好的管线上，基本围绕泽布替尼、潜在“同类最佳”BCL2抑制剂索托拉克，以及潜在同类首创、同类最佳BTK降解剂BGB-16673，在血液肿瘤适应症的使用以及替雷利珠单抗等大品种、大适应症的开展上。
