北京市医保局近日公布4月医疗机构行政处罚决定，北京京北医院等4家医疗机构因虚构医药服务项目、协助冒名就医等违法行为被罚款。

　　处罚结果显示，北京京北医院存在重复收费、违反诊疗规范过度诊疗、将非医保支付范围费用纳入医保结算等行为，违反《医疗保障基金使用监督管理条例》相关规定，被罚款101.57万元，是4月本市被罚款金额最高的医疗机构。北京京大医院因协助他人冒名就医被罚33.45万元；北京市海淀区凤凰护理院因串换诊疗项目、过度检查等多项违规被罚2.46万元；北京密云京华中医医院因虚构医药服务项目被罚9305.6元。

　　此外，市医保局还公布了2025年第一季度行政检查结果，17家医疗机构在非现场检查中被判定“不合格”。北京京北医院、北京华生康复医院有限公司、北京四惠中医医院等机构因医保基金使用不规范问题被通报。
