杜邦公司近日宣布，计划中分拆独立上市的电子公司名称为“Qnity电子公司”。杜邦同时宣布Matthew Harbaugh将于2025年5月1日加入公司，担任Qnity的首席财务官。

　　Qnity候任首席执行官Jon Kemp表示“这个名字的灵感来自‘Q’和‘unity’，前者代表电荷，后者代表我们与客户合作的方式。利用我们的集体专业知识，带来能量、好奇心和质量，使未来的技术成为可能。”

　　今年1月15日，杜邦公司宣布计划于2025年11月1日完成电子业务的分拆。

　　3月17日，杜邦公司宣布，现任杜邦电子与工业部总裁Jon Kemp将担任未来独立电子公司的首席执行官(CEO)。

　　杜邦表示，Qnit作为一家专营的电子材料公司，将成为半导体和电子行业最大且最广泛的解决方案提供商之一，为先进计算、智能技术和连接科技提供支持。资料显示，电子公司将主要由现有的半导体技术、电子互连科技业务、工业解决方案中的电子相关产品线组成。
