Top Cryptocurrencies Mixed; Bitcoin Hovers Below $95,000 Level

Major digital assets were mixed late Monday afternoon, with Bitcoin (BTC-USD) hovering below the $95,000 level.

The CoinDesk Market Index, which tracks dozens of digital assets including Bitcoin, fell almost 0.7% in the past 24 hours. The Nasdaq 100 dipped 0.6%, the S&P 500 lost 0.5%, and the Dow Jones Industrial Average decreased 0.2%.

Bitcoin fell 1.2% to $94,435, according to CoinMarketCap data. The most popular cryptocurrency's 24-hour trading volume surged 70.4% to $27.18 billion.

Ethereum (ETH-USD), the second-largest digital asset by market value, fell 0.6% to $1.818.

XRP (XRP-USD) dropped 1.4%, BNB (BNB-USD) gained 1.8%, while Solana (SOL-USD) rose 0.2%.

Dogecoin (DOGE-USD) dipped 0.7%, and Cardano (ADA-USD) fell 3.1%.

The US 10-year Treasury yield stood at 4.341% at 3 p.m. ET Monday, up from 4.318% Friday, while the five-year yield rose to 3.941% from 3.931%.

The total market value of the cryptocurrency industry fell 0.9% in the past 24 hours to $2.94 trillion, with trading volume rising 41.8% to $68.04 billion.
