Coca-Cola Bottlers Japan Buys Back 1.3 Million Shares in April

Coca-Cola Bottlers Japan Holdings (TYO:2579) repurchased 1.27 million shares for 3.11 billion yen in April under its ongoing buyback program, according to a Friday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

As of April 30, the company has acquired a total of 6.5 million shares for 15.66 billion yen since the board approved the repurchase plan in November 2024.

The program allows the repurchase for up to 20 million shares, or 11% of outstanding stock, through October.
