据媒体周二报道，OpenAI已告知投资者，随着公司架构调整的推进，将减少给予主要支持者微软的收入分成比例。

　　这家ChatGPT制造商近期缩减了重要重组计划，其非营利母公司将保留控制权，此举可能会限制首席执行官萨姆·阿尔特曼对公司的主导权。

　　报道称，在向投资者提供的财务预测中，OpenAI表示，到2030年底，给予微软的收入分成比例将至少减半。根据现有协议，OpenAI同意在2030年前将收入的20%分配给微软。但媒体援引非公开文件指出，OpenAI近期向部分潜在及现有投资者透露，到2030年将仅与微软等商业伙伴分享10%的收入，同时提到微软希望2030年后继续获取其技术。

　　今年1月，微软在与甲骨文及软银集团成立合资企业后，调整了与OpenAI合作协议的关键条款。该合资计划拟在美国建设总价值达5000亿美元的人工智能数据中心集群。

　　微软表示，与OpenAI之间“存在双向收入分成协议”，该合作的核心条款将在2030年合约到期前持续有效。OpenAI发言人对The Information表示：“我们继续与微软保持密切合作，期待近期完成资本结构调整的具体安排。”
