智通财经APP讯，澳狮环球(01540)发布公告，于2025年5月5日，OPUS、买方(本公司的间接全资附属公司)、卖方及 Wayne Eastaugh 先生订立收购协议，据此(其中包括)买方有条件同意收购而卖方有条件同意出售相关业务及相关资产(以及由买方承担相关负债)，总代价最高为 751.5万澳元(相当于约 3760万港元)(可予调整)。
此外，选择权持有人已获授予选择权，可按 150万澳元(相当于约 750万港元)的代价购买买方已发行股份的 25%。
董事认为收购事项是本公司提升市场份额及增强其书籍装订及印刷加工能力的良机。卖方为本集团的分包商。通过收购事项，本集团将能够增加其书籍装订及印刷加工的生产能力。董事亦认为，收购事项将增加本集团现有印刷业务的收入来源并与之产生协同效益，从而支持其于澳洲印刷业的进一步发展。
