Strike Energy (ASX:STX) Chief Financial Officer Justin Ferravant has resigned following a board decision to make his role based in Perth on a permanent basis, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
Subsequently, the board appointed Tim Cooper as CFO, effective Tuesday. Cooper held senior commercial and finance roles in Quadrant Energy, Advanced Personnel Management, and Fortescue (ASX:FMG), per the filing.
Ferravant will remain with the company until May 31 for the transition.
