智通财经APP获悉，亿华通(02402)尾盘涨超6%，截至发稿，涨2.68%，报23港元，成交额1482.86万港元。
消息面上，中国旭阳集团3月份发布公告，宣布与亿华通签署框架协议，旭阳集团拟以定州旭阳氢能的全部股权认购亿华通发行的A股股份，并配套总价约5.5亿元人民币认购亿华通新增A股股份数。据公司微信公众号，交易完成后，旭阳集团将成为亿华通的控股股东。
光大证券指出，旭阳集团是中国焦化龙头企业，依托焦炉煤气副产氢资源已实现低成本高纯氢规模化生产，布局京津冀四座加氢站，成立有旭阳氢能车队已具备5.5吨/天运氢能力，在全球共有九大生产园区。旭阳集团成为公司控股股东后可完善公司在氢能源上下游产业链的布局，同时借助集团多个生产园区进一步打通终端应用场景。
