欧盟势将提出在2027年底前禁止进口俄罗斯天然气的措施。

　　据知情人士透露，在今年早些时候推迟发布“路线图”以评估美国为结束俄乌冲突所做努力的影响之后，欧盟在推进逐步淘汰俄罗斯化石燃料的长期意向。在俄罗斯2022年全面入侵乌克兰后，莫斯科流向欧洲的天然气急剧下降，但通过经土耳其的管道和液化天然气运输，俄罗斯仍是欧洲的重要能源供应国。

　　这些知情人士表示，欧盟计划在6月提议禁止根据与俄罗斯达成的新协议和现有现货合同购买天然气，该禁令将在今年年底前生效。

　　知情人士表示，欧盟委员会下个月还将采取措施，以终止长期合同下剩余的俄罗斯管道天然气及液化天然气进口。不过，这部分进口合同需要更长的过渡期，将在2027年底前全面终止。

　　欧盟摆脱对俄天然气依赖的行动将为美国出口商提供机会，从而响应美国总统特朗普的多次呼吁。尽管能源危机后成本与安全问题仍然备受关注，但知情人士表示，欧盟预计禁令对价格的影响有限，考虑到未来几年全球市场将涌入大量新增液化天然气供应。

　　知情人士说，欧盟委员会的计划将于周二在斯特拉斯堡公布，在宣布之前可能会有变动。
