专题：巴菲特2025年股东大会重磅来袭

　　柏克夏公司遵循首席执行官沃伦·巴菲特的建议，任命副董事长Greg Abel自明年1月1日起接替巴菲特担任首席执行官。

　　这家总部位于内布拉斯加州奥马哈的公司在周一的一份声明中表示，董事会于周日一致投票通过了这一决定。巴菲特将继续担任董事会主席。

　　周六，94岁的巴菲特在他第60次股东大会的最后一刻宣布了这个期待已久的接班决定。尽管如此，这一消息仍令投资者、董事会大多数成员甚至Abel本人感到意外。62岁的Abel将接管一家拥有近40万名员工的企业集团，业务涵盖保险、制造业和一家美国顶级铁路公司。

　　鉴于柏克夏持有近3500亿美元的现金储备，负责非保险业务并且是公司最热衷收购的高管之一的副董事长Abel将有机会通过更多的并购和投资来塑造柏克夏的未来。
