JetBlue Airways Sells Venture Capital Unit to SKY Leasing

JetBlue Airways (JBLU) and SKY Leasing said Monday that SKY Leasing has bought JetBlue's venture capital unit, JetBlue Ventures.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

JetBlue Ventures will continue to manage current and future investments, while JetBlue Airways will continue to hold positions in all existing portfolio companies, they added.

The companies also said the JetBlue Ventures brand will remain part of a brand licensing deal with JetBlue.
