BlockBeats 消息，5 月 6 日，据 Cointelegraph 报道，加密货币混币服务 Samourai Wallet 创始人的律师团队于 5 月 5 日致信曼哈顿联邦法院，披露检方涉嫌隐瞒重要证据。Samourai Wallet 联创此前因涉嫌从丝绸之路和其他非法市场洗钱 1 亿美元被捕。
据悉美国财政部金融犯罪执法网络（FinCEN）曾在起诉前 6 个月明确表示，Samourai Wallet 无需申请 MSB（货币服务业务）牌照。然而检方仍以“无牌经营”为由对创始人提起诉讼，并将这一关键信息隐瞒长达一年半之久。该案两名被告 Rodriguez 和 Hill 此前被控协助超 20 亿美元非法交易。目前律师团队已要求法院就检方延迟披露证据一事举行听证会，并表示将重新提出撤销指控的申请。
