复星国际(00656.HK) 公布，旗下附属公司Fidelidade–Property Europe, S.A.、 FPE (PT) Office A, S.A.、 FPE (PT) 4 Ret, S.A.及 FPE (PT) 5 Park, S.A.作为卖方，于上周五(2日)与买方Banco de Portugal订立一项承诺买卖协议。
公告指，上述卖方承诺出售位于葡萄牙里斯本Entrecampos项目中，除M单元外的A2及A3幢大楼之未来单元。基础代价为1.91亿欧元。复星国际拟将出售事项之所得款项用于其一般营运资金用途。
复星国际解释，上述出售事项将能降低房地产风险敞口；通过引入信誉优良之首批进驻机构提升项目声誉；以及减少可出租办公空间以降低租赁风险。(js/w)
