金川国际与金川集团签订2025年持续关联交易协议 未来3年贸易上限逐步提升
5月6日，金川国际（02362）发布公告，宣布与金川集团签订了2025年持续关联交易协议。该协议将于2025年6月1日起生效，有效期至2027年12月31日。协议的主要内容涉及本集团与金川集团之间的矿产品及金属产品贸易，具体交易数量将由双方协商决定。
根据公告，截至2025年12月31日的建议年度上限为1.49亿美元，而截至2026年和2027年的建议年度上限分别为4.96亿美元和6.16亿美元。公告指出，建议年度上限的设定考虑了铜和钴的价格及需求波动，以及可能出售的铜和钴的估计产量，预计将在未来的交易中提供一定的灵活性。
此外，公告还提到，过去年度的交易金额显示，2022年持续关联交易协议下的使用率较低，主要是由于本集团根据某些合同已向独立第三方出售现有矿场的产能。公司表示，未来的矿场预计将于2025年下半年投产，并可能在持续关联交易协议期间出售产品给金川集团。
