Oji Holdings (TYO:3861) has repurchased 8.9 million shares for 5.46 billion yen during April, according to a Friday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
This buyback is part of the company's ongoing share repurchase program approved by the board of directors on Dec. 12, 2024.
As of April 30, the company has acquired a total of 58.3 million shares, amounting to 34.76 billion yen under the program, which aims to repurchase up to 100 million shares or 50 billion yen.
