智通财经APP获悉，香港联交所最新资料显示，5月2日，首都金融控股(08239)股东将股票由昌利证券转入华富建业证券，转仓市值1229.76万港元，占比20.8%。
首都金融控股公布，该集团预期2024年的公司拥有人应占亏损较2023年的公司拥有人应占亏损约880万港元增加约92%。董事会认为，预期亏损增加乃主要由于以下因素综合所致： 总收益较20233年大幅减少约1740万港元，乃由于不利的经济环境、行业环境充满挑战以及市场竞争状况复杂所致; 本年度的其他收入以及其他收益及亏损净额较2023止年度减少约480万港元。
