华尔街的股市策略师们基本上已经放弃了对2025年的过高预期，但一位多头丝毫未动摇：Wells Fargo Securities LLC．的Christopher Harvey。

　　他预计，标准普尔500指数今年底将升至7，007点，与他2025年初时的预估相同。目前该指数为5，672点，该指数此前九个交易日上涨10%以上，创下20多年来最长的涨势。根据Harvey的预测，未来八个月美国基准股指将再涨24%。

　　显然，影响因素在于总统特朗普的贸易战对经济的潜在影响，以及减税的承诺和美联储可能降息。但Harvey认为白宫的口风正在改变。

　　Harvey周一接受Bloomberg Surveillance访问时说，如果我们把政策从“大棒子”变成“胡萝卜”，市场就会变得大不同。他认为，已经度过了不确定性的顶峰。

　　即使与最乐观的同行相比，Harvey算是踽踽独行。在媒体追踪的29位策略师中，今年标普500指数的平均目标为5，853。继Harvey之后，排名第二高的预测是丰业银行的Hugo Ste-Marie，目标为6，650；Fundstrat的Tom Lee，预估为6，600。

　　根据调查，华尔街的策略师们大幅下调该指数的速度比2020年疫情爆发之初还快。最新一位下调标普500指数目标的是德意志银行的Bankim Chadha，从之前的7，000降至上个月的6，150。
