Shandong Hi-Speed New Energy Group (HKG:1250, SHA:600350) unit Qingdao Shanhui Clean Energy Technology agreed to supply energy to Shandong Luqiao Group Qingdao Construction, a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The electricity supply contract is valid for three years starting May 7, 2025, and ending May 6, 2028, and can be renewed.
Shandong Luqiao Qingdao Construction is an associate of SDHS Group, which is an indirect controlling shareholder of Shandong Hi-Speed New Energy.
