　　中联发展控股（00264）发布公告，于2025年5月2日（交易时段后），配售代理与公司订立配售协议，据此，配售代理有条件同意作为公司代理按尽力基准促使不少于六名承配人认购最多2000万股配售股份，配售价为每股配售股份1.78港元。配售价较股份于配售协议日期在联交所所报收市价每股1.90港元折让约6.32%。

　　预期配售事项的最高所得款项总额及所得款项净额将分别为约3560万港元及3470万港元。按此基准，净发行价将约为每股配售股份1.74港元。
