金川国际(02362.HK) 公布，于4月30日，接获联交所发出复牌指引，包括就该指控涉及的事宜进行独立法证调查，评估对公司业务营运及财务状况的影响，公布调查结果，并采取适当的补救行动；按上市规则之规定刊发所有尚未公布的财务业绩及处理任何审计修订；证明集团管理层及或对公司管理和营运有重大影响的任何人士的诚信、胜任能力及或品格不存在可能对投资者构成风险及损害市场信心的合理监管忧虑；进行独立内部监控审查，并证明公司设有充足的内部监控及程序，足以符合上市规则之规定；证明公司已遵守上市规则第13.24条；及向市场公布所有重大资料，供股东及其他投资者评估公司的状况。
