利嘉阁(工商铺)地产商铺、商业及投资部高级区域董事李维明表示，承业主委托放售尖沙咀弥敦道80号金銮大厦2楼全层物业，建筑面积约5,750方呎，意向售价5,000万元，折合每方呎售价约8,696元，以交吉形式出售。
李氏指，上述放盘属单边物业，景观开扬，地点优越，位处尖沙咀核心地段，人流极为畅旺，交通便利，适合不同行业，包括医疗中心及美容纤体、瑜伽、健身中心、补习社、教会等进驻。李氏又指，物业自身条件优厚，投资自用皆宜。
物业由资深投资者罗守辉相关人士持有，参考过去资料，该物业前年11月放售价5,635万元，折合呎价约9,800元。有关业主于2017年1月以约4,350万元买入物业。(da/u)
