中环新能源与广州融捷及附属公司签署战略合作协议 推动绿色低碳发展
5月7日，中环新能源（01735）发布公告，宣布与广州融捷能源科技有限公司及其间接全资附属公司中环低碳新能源（安徽）集团有限公司签订战略合作框架协议。此次合作旨在推动碳峰值行动、资源高效利用及绿色低碳发展，双方将整合各自的科研、技术、产品及资源优势，共同发展新能源及绿色能源产业。
根据协议，双方将重点布局氢能开发利用及“源、网、荷、储”零碳产业园区，促进光储充一体化建设。合作机制包括高管互访及指定联络人，以便及时处理合作过程中的问题。虽然该协议为意向书，并不具约束力，但董事会认为此次合作将扩大公司的商机和收入来源，有助于提升财务业绩，符合公司及股东的整体利益。
