5月7日金融一线消息，国新办今日举行新闻发布会，介绍“一揽子金融政策支持稳市场稳预期”有关情况。国家金融监督管理总局局长李云泽表示，下一步，我们将着力深化现有试点，积极拓展新的模式，健全同科技创新相适应的科技金融体制，全力服务新质生产力发展。

　　一是优化信贷服务。推动建立信贷支持科技创新的专门机制，支持银行有序设立科技金融专门机构，鼓励探索长周期的科技贷款绩效考核制度。近期，我们正在修订并购贷款管理办法，将尽快出台实施，进一步释放并购贷款潜力，促进产业加快转型升级。

　　二是强化保险保障。加快制定科技保险高质量发展的意见，更好发挥风险分担和补偿作用。支持更多以共保体方式为重大科技攻关提供保障，推动研发机器人、低空飞行器等新兴领域保险产品，切实为企业创新发展保驾护航。

　　三是扩大股权投资。鼓励保险资金按照市场化原则积极参与创业投资，有序开展对未上市科技企业的重大股权投资。我们支持符合条件的全国性商业银行设立金融资产投资公司，近日即将陆续批复，今天我们即将批复1家，推动加大对科创企业的投资力度。
