智通财经APP获悉，博雷顿(01333)首挂上市，公告显示，每股定价18港元，共发行1300万股股份，每手200股，所得款项净额约1.48亿港元。截至发稿，涨61.11%，报29港元，成交额8353.79万港元。
公开资料显示，博雷顿是一家总部位于中国的电动工程机械提供商。集团设计、开发具有自动作业能力的电动工程机械并使其商业化，以及提供智能运营服务。根据灼识咨询的资料，于2024年，集团于中国所有新能源宽体自卸车及装载机制造商中分别排名第三及第七，按出货量计算，市场份额分别为18.3%及3.8%，为该两类新能源工程机械头部制造商中唯一的纯新能源工程机械制造商。
据悉，自2022年至2024年，公司的电动宽体自卸车的出货量由59台增至307台，电动装载机的出货量由326台增至450台，复合年增长率分别为128.1%及17.5%。根据灼识咨询的资料，自2022年至2024年连续三年，公司在电池容量超过650千瓦时的电动宽体自卸车出货量方面排名第一。
