碧桂园服务(06098.HK) 公布关连交易，向由公司非执董兼主要股东杨惠妍直接全资持有的必胜及Fortune Warrior，提供本金金额合共10亿元人民币的循还借款融通。借款方需将借款定向转借予碧桂园控股(02007.HK) 境内附属，供其用于保交房相关事项。
