金吾财讯 | 碧桂园服务(06098)宣布，于2025年5月6日（交易时段后），公司（作为出借方）与必胜及Fortune Warrior（作为借款方）订立借款合同，据此，公司同意向必胜及Fortune Warrior提供本金金额合共人民币10亿元（或等值港币）的循还借款融通，按年利率5厘计息。借款方需将借款定向转借予碧桂园(02007)境内附属公司，供其用于保交房相关事项。另外，公司（作为抵押权人）与必胜及Fortune Warrior（作为抵押人）将进一步订立关于抵押资产（包括由必胜及Fortune Warrior实益持有的公司合共5.437亿股股份，占公司已发行股份总数16.26%）的股份抵押契约，为借款合同项下借款本息及其他担保债务的归还及支付提供担保。必胜及Fortune Warrior为公司非执行董事兼主要股东杨惠妍直接全资持有的公司。
