路透上海5月7日 - 香港股市周三劲扬，恒生指数.HSI开盘劲升2.2%，稍早中国央行行长称将降准降息。
恒生科技指数.HSTECH开盘升2.7%。
中国央行行长潘功胜周三表示，降低存款准备金率0.5个百分点；下调政策利率--公开市场七天期逆回购利率0.1个百分点；下调结构性货币政策利率0.25个百分点；降低个人住房公积金贷款利率0.25个百分点。（完）
