　　香港上市公司帝国金融集团(08029.HK)宣布，获买方(独立第三方，由欣瑜资本持有60%权益、邬蓓俊持有40%权益，欣瑜资本由伍晶100%持股的欣瑜集团全资拥有)，洽购主席兼大股东郑丁港控股的公司手上所持的61.61%股权，涉及逾1.43亿股，双方已签订谅解备忘录。

　　买方据此有90日独家磋商期，并付1500万元诚意金，如未达协议或终止将需于3个营业日内退回诚意金，一旦落实交易，该笔款项将作为正式买卖协议的保证金。

　　集团指，截至今日，郑丁港等售股股东尚未就可能的交易与潜在买方或任何其他人士，订立任何正式或具法律约束力的协议。

　　截至午间收市，帝国金融集团每股报0.67港元，今年以来累计涨78.67%，总市值约1.56亿港元。
