【中国铝业旗下抚顺铝业增资至约29.7亿元】金十数据5月7日讯，天眼查App显示，近日，抚顺铝业有限公司发生工商变更，原股东中铝（上海）碳素有限公司退出，新增中国铝业为全资股东，同时注册资本由约22.7亿人民币增至约29.7亿人民币，增幅约31%。该公司成立于2006年1月，法定代表人为王群，经营范围包括常用有色金属冶炼、有色金属压延加工、石墨及碳素制品制造等。
