0650 GMT - BAE Systems' share price could fall after increasing 49% in the last three months, but any pullback offers an opportunity to invest in European defense groups amid continental rearmament plans, JP Morgan analysts David Perry and Lucy Fitzgerald say. They believe that BAE's guidance doesn't incorporate the potential to capture a share of higher expected defense spending. The analysts note that the London-listed group doesn't expect to be materially impacted by the U.S. tariffs as they are currently proposed. (cristina.gallardo@wsj.com)
