【宁德时代传香港IPO招股价折让低于10%】金十数据5月7日讯，宁德时代昨日通过联交所上市聆讯，据报计划集资至少50亿美元(约390亿港元)。据多位未具名知情人士透露，宁德时代香港上市交易的潜在投资者已被告知，发行价可能较该公司在深圳上市的A股折价不到10%。其中两位知情人士称，折价幅度可能在中个位数左右。目前定价尚未最终敲定。据悉，宁德时代希望基石投资者和主要投资者认购此次交易中发行的约一半股份。
