Bastion Minerals (ASX:BMO) has appointed John Ribbons as Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.
Ribbons has over 25 years of experience in corporate governance and compliance and has held director roles in Australia-listed companies.
