智通财经APP获悉，爱高集团(00328)尾盘涨幅进一步扩大，股价一度涨超100%，截至发稿，涨80.49%，报0.37港元，成交额974.49万港元。
消息面上，爱高集团公布，与独立第三方深圳中城数科成立合资，合作发展数码产品租赁、Saas软件发展、电商科技及传媒发展的业务。合资注册资本250万人民币，其中，公司现金出资100万人民币，持股40%。
据悉，中城数科是一家总部位于深圳的综合性企业，旗下拥有武汉青青时代网路科技有限公司、武汉青云趣团科技咨询服务有限公司、武汉青云美橙科技服务有限公司及湖南青云聚信数科控股等多家企业及子公司，其业务涵盖数位化科技服务、租赁、数码产品回收交易、电商、传媒等。通过成立合资公司，双方将通过技术创新和科技投入，提升客户服务能力，包括但不限于数码租赁、SaaS软体发展、电商科技、传媒发展等领域的合作。
