消息面上，国新办今日就“一揽子金融政策支持稳市场稳预期”有关情况举行新闻发布会。中国证监会主席吴清提到，深化交易所债券市场对外开放，将REITs等纳入沪深港通标的。据悉，港交所集团行政总裁陈翊庭在今年3月曾表示，今年落实将REITs纳入沪深港通和将人民币股票交易柜台纳入港股通。瑞银此前发布研报称，将房地产信托基金(REITs)纳入沪深港通的潜在推出可能为领展带来正面影响。
此外，领展近日宣布，任命Steven Bass为其私募业务LREP日本区投资主管，以推动在日本的业务拓展。据悉，领展于2月成立私募基金管理平台，标志其在“领展3.0”战略下多元化收入来源与扩大资产管理业务。汇丰也表示，领展的基金管理业务或房托基金互联互通机制若取得任何实质性进展，都可能成为股价催化剂。
