Viemed Healthcare (VMD) said Tuesday it has agreed to acquire Lehan's Medical Equipment for $26 million, with potential contingent payments of roughly $2.2 million.
The Illinois-based company generated about $25.7 million in revenue and $7.4 million in adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization in 2024, Viemed said.
The company said the purchase, expected to close in Q3, will be funded with cash on hand and borrowings from its existing credit facilities.
