新增中信银行成立AIC的内容
路透北京5月8日 - 兴业银行601166.SS尝得股份行AIC（金融资产投资公司）“头啖汤”后，中国另两家头部股份行--招商银行600036.SS3968.HK、中信银行601998.SS0998.HK周四火速宣布拟设立AIC。
招商银行公告称，拟出资150亿元人民币，全资发起设立金融资产投资公司；本次投资尚需取得有关监管机构的审核和批准。
中信银行当日稍晚发布的公告显示，该行拟设立全资子公司信银金融资产投资有限公司（“信银金投”），出资额100亿元。
中国国家金融监管总局局长周三在国新办发布会上预告后，中国第六家AIC当日火速揭开面纱--兴业银行获批筹建兴银金融资产投资有限公司。这是中国时隔八年再度批筹AIC，也是首家由股份行设立的AIC。
兴业银行随后公告称，兴银金融资产投资有限公司注册资本100亿元，为公司全资子公司；设立兴银金融有利于更好实现对债转股业务的专业化、市场化运作，降低企业杠杆率，加大对科创企业、民营企业支持力度。
“本次投资的资金来源为本行自有资金，本行资本可支撑设立信银金投，对本行各项流动性指标影响较小，”中信银行公告指出。（完）
