工业工具制造商阿美特克公司（AMETEK）和法如科技公司（FARO Technologies）周二宣布，阿美特克将以约 9.2 亿美元的企业价值收购法如科技，这一消息使得目标公司法如科技的股价在早盘交易中飙升了 36%。

　　根据协议，阿美特克将以每股 44 美元的现金进行收购，这较法如科技上一个交易日的收盘价有大约 40% 的溢价。按股权估值计算，法如科技的市值为 8.46 亿美元。

　　此次收购预计将在今年下半年完成。

　　法如科技公司生产三维测量和成像解决方案，产品包括便携式测量臂、激光扫描仪和跟踪器等，该公司在 2024 年的销售额约为 3.4 亿美元。

　　这笔交易将充实阿美特克的产品组合，尤其是在其电子仪器部门。阿美特克的电子仪器部门为航空航天、医疗、科研、电力和工业等多个市场生产测试和测量仪器。

　　法如科技的股价在开盘前涨至每股 42.8 美元，而阿美特克的股价则小幅上涨。
