【日本收回“美债将成对美谈判筹码”论调】金十数据5月5日讯，日本在对将美债作为对美谈判工具的态度再度反转。据日经新闻报道，日本财务大臣加藤胜信周日（5月4日）表示，日本无意利用出售所持美国国债的可能性，以在与美国的贸易谈判中占据优势，日本不认为出售美国国债是日美谈判的工具。加藤胜信上周五曾表示，虽然日本不会轻易出售所持的美国国债，但它们是与美国就贸易问题进行谈判的一张“牌”；而在周日的新闻发布会上他推翻了这一说法。日本财务省报告称，截至3月底，日本持有1.27万亿美元的外汇储备其中大部分是美国国债。外汇储备可用于干预外汇市场。四月份，加藤胜信曾排除利用日本持有的美国国债作为谈判工具的可能性。
