智通财经APP讯，ALCO HOLDINGS(00328)发布公告，于2025年5月6日，公司与深圳中城数科控股集团有限公司(中城数科)订立合资合同，以合资成立爱高创科控股有限公司(合资公司)，并透过合资公司及╱或其附属公司合作发展包括但不限于数码产品租赁、SaaS软体发展、电商科技及传媒发展的业务。
合资公司的注册资本为250万元人民币(约合270万港元)，由公司和中城数科以现金出资100万元人民币和150万元人民币，分别占40%和60%。公司和中城数科的股权将分别占40%和60%。
公司是一家主要从事设计、制造及销售消费电子产品的投资控股公司。公司主要业务包括自有品牌笔记型电脑发展业务，影音产品原始设备制造商、原厂委托设计业务。
中城数科是一家总部位于深圳的综合性企业，旗下拥有武汉青青时代网路科技有限公司、武汉青云趣团科技咨询服务有限公司、武汉青云美橙科技服务有限公司及湖南青云聚信数科控股等多家企业及子公司，其业务涵盖数位化科技服务、租赁、数码产品回收交易、电商、传媒等。通过成立合资公司，双方将通过技术创新和科技投入，提升客户服务能力，包括但不限于数码租赁、SaaS软体发展、电商科技、传媒发展等领域的合作。
