5月6日金融一线消息，建信理财发布公告称，根据《国家金融监督管理总局关于齐建功建信理财有限责任公司董事、董事长任职资格的批复》，自4月24日起，齐建功担任建信理财有限责任公司董事、董事长。

　　齐建功是一名建设银行“老将”，于1997年加入建设银行，曾在计划财务部、行长办公室、国际部、金融市场部、股权与投资管理部和金融同业部任职；后担任建设银行金融同业部总经理，同时兼任贝莱德建信理财董事长。
